Agree with Tom the pom about customer relations DREADFULL.
whatch if you change plans as telephone charges change and especialy line rental and will not change it back as they say you have to read the fine print. not everyone of us are lawers.
the speed of ther internet is not real stable in speed niether. -
We have used AAPT's Business Broadband ADSL2 (20GB) for 10 months now and everything was fine until we went over our limit. Then, without any warning at all, we got hit with a massive charge of 110 per extra gigabyte. For anyone who is not aware, AAPT's 20GB Business Broadband package is 121 per month. you gotta be carefull with dodo if you run out of broad band they charge you 35 for each 1 gb and then they send you reminder after you finished the excess usage so you pay extra 10 35 plus your monthly payment i end up paying 80 just by using 2gb extra last month .. they remind you NOT after you have finish UR MONTHLY SO YOU CAN RECHARGE but after you finish the 1 GB xess so they can charge you... more> -
Come on guys. I've had no problems and a perfectly good service from Dodo so far. Granted its customer service isn't brilliant, but that's not that surprising for the price. Anyway, thumbs up from me, good performance and fab value for money.
