Rip-off. Their network stopped working, but they won't refund my 150 data voucher!
After purchasing a 12GB voucher, their network stopped working. They refunded my USB modem, but would not refund any of my voucher.
The service worked fine for the first 2 weeks or so. So I purchased a 150 12 GB voucher. A week later, the service was intermittent: 10 minutes up, 10 minutes down. I called technical support.... more>

Were do I start?
Got the same package as above and though it works fantastic in a lot of places beaware thats not the case in some places. I've been on the phone every second day to Vodafone. When I sighned up for the package i was told that my suburb (Logan area Queensland ) was covered. Not the case. Don't waste your money on 3. I have been unable to acess 3 prepaid braodband from 2 separate locations in and around Bondi Junction. I endorse 'very shabb' 's comments.

telstra what i complete joke i have spent nearlly 10hrs on the phone and got chuked from pillar to post ,there staff tell you different things each time ,they do not keep records of what is happening with your account .sorry i cannot see this there was never any contact that day it is so frustrating .i had a buisness broadband account that was to be changed names to another account i wasnt so it was disconnected... more>

Website v confusing, was difficult to understand what we'd actually be paying for each package. Once I'd actually worked them out though, the service was reliable and never goes offline. Cost seems steep overall, may consider going elsewhere.
